What Working Together Looks Like

What to Expect in Your First Session No pop quizzes, no clinical interrogation, and zero pressure to spill your entire life story on day one. Our first session is a low-stakes, gentle conversation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, explore what’s feeling heavy or stuck, and see if our dynamic feels right for you. You don't need to have your thoughts organized or articulate before you show up—messy, unstructured, and overwhelmed are all completely welcome here.

Is This You? You might be a great fit for my practice if:

  • You’re burnt out from masking your ADHD and tired of trying to force your brain into rigid, neurotypical productivity boxes.

  • You love your family, but feel like you lost you in the whirlwind of pregnancy, postpartum, or motherhood.

  • You're navigating a body that feels unpredictable due to chronic illness or systemic fatigue, and you need a space free of toxic positivity.

  • You’re a creative soul or visual thinker who feels stuck, blocked, or overwhelmed by internal noise.

Outside the Therapy Room When I’m not in therapist mode, you can usually find me making a mess in my sketchbook, working with acrylics, sipping an iced coffee, or laughing through an episode of Taskmaster or Community.
