Artist by Necessity. Therapist by Conviction.

Bridging the soul of an artist with the steady hands of a therapist. My passion is to create a safe space for our 'messiest' parts to be seen, heard, and integrated.

My Story

For much of my life, words weren't enough. After undergoing shock therapy, I lost the majority of my memories, but I didn't lose my emotions. I began using art—not to make something 'pretty,' but to survive and process the abstract loss I couldn't name.

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to have your experience invalidated. I’m here to be the person who trusts you and your story, even when it feels like a chaotic mess.

My work lives in the 'messy middle.' Whether we are sitting on a therapy sofa or standing before a canvas, my goal is Empathic Translation: taking the heavy, abstract energy you're carrying and giving it a shape you can finally look at.

Things to Know About Working with Me:

  • I believe a paintbrush is optional; sometimes the body or nature speaks louder.

  • I’m not afraid of the 'un-pretty' parts of healing.

  • I value humor just as much as I value a deep exhale.

  • I’m a type-one dia-BADASS (or type-one diabetic according to medical professionals)
